Armed with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Animesh Damani is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and the Managing Partner at Artha Energy Resources (AER), India’s leading renewable energy solutions provider with a strong consulting arm. With Animesh at the helm, AER has advised on renewable energy transactions worth $812 million, including 150 MW hydro projects, 100+ MW in solar and wind, and 50 MW in biomass. He set-up a one-of-a-kind data-driven business that maps 99% of renewable capacity and 40% of power consumers in India, thus providing revolutionary industry insights. Animesh’s drive, dynamism coupled with his sharp business skills and people orientation, has helped him achieve such significant milestones.

Animesh has an enviable work-life balance and works hard, but parties harder! He is an erstwhile APAC level professional racer and currently enjoys skydiving.

Nitish is the Co-founder and Partner of Artha Energy Resources and has been associated with the company since 2015. An IIM Kozhikode alumnus, Nitish is a techie at heart. Over the years, Nitish has achieved multiple accolades in his professional life and firmly believes that information is power and is available everywhere. His passion for coding and unhinging new technologies led him to open his own company in 2012 and by 2015, he had delivered more than 130 different projects with a team of just 12 employees.

In 2015, Nitish joined Artha Energy Resources, where his work proves his quench of seeking the right kind of information and simultaneously taking that information to consumers.
